CFRTraining.org.uk is a training website set up for volunteers with CFRAT.

CFRAT is one of the many CFR groups in Northern Ireland volunteering to go to 999 emergency calls in the Armagh and Tyrone area.

Become a CFR

A Community First Responders (CFR) is a volunteer who is trained to attend certain types of emergency calls in the area where they live or work. Their aim is to reach a potential life threatening emergency in the first vital minutes before the ambulance crew arrives. As a CFR, your role is to help stabilise the patient and provide the appropriate care including defibrillation, until the ambulance crew arrives on scene. CFR’s can provide medical assistance within minutes of a 112/999 call being received.

There are many volunteer CFR groups in Northern Ireland.  The CFRAT group cover parts of Tyrone and Armagh. If you are interested in volunteering with up please follow the link below.
